Yamaha has always continued to update its existing products on a regular basis in order to give them a fresh feel and this time, India Yamaha Motors has updated its FZ-S motorcycle by introducing four new colour options for it.

Yamaha FZ-S after receiving the recent update from its maker will now be available in Glory Gold, Fearless Black, Tempest Blue and Raging Red colour options. These new colour complement the bike with an attractive, artistic and refreshed feel.

Yamaha FZ-S gets powered with a 153cc, Air-Cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder SOHC engine capable of developing a peak power of 13.6 bhp along with a maximum torque of 13.2 Nm. The engine has been mated to a 5-speed gearbox that allows the rider to swiftly switch in between the gears to derive a paramount performance. To add to the uniqueness of the bike, Yamaha has equipped it rear monoshock suspension along with the widest tyres on both its wheels as compared to all the other motorcycles available in the segment.

The FZ-S range of motorcycle have already registered a decent sales figure on Yamaha’s sales chart as the impressive innovation has lured a lot of customers towards the company. In the previous year, Yamaha gifted the basic FZ-S a kick start lever, a refreshed seat, a new rear fender and new grab rails. But, the company has still not rolled out any update for the engine of the vehicle, which is the most demanded element since a long time. So, it is now questionable, will Yamaha FZ-S be able to retain its charm in the market with new colour options and the same power deriving unit?
